These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the website satpudacore.in, the SatpudaCore software products, and the custom development services provided by Satpuda Core Private Limited (“Satpuda Core”, “we”, “us”). By using our website, buying or installing our software, or engaging us for a project, you agree to these Terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
1. SatpudaCore software licence
- When you buy SatpudaCore software, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for the business named at the time of purchase.
- The software, its design and its code remain the property of Satpuda Core Private Limited. Buying a licence does not transfer ownership of the software.
- You may not resell, rent, share, copy for other businesses, modify, reverse-engineer or attempt to bypass the licensing of the software.
2. Plans, AMC and pricing
- SatpudaCore Medical Management: a one-time licence fee that covers use on Windows PC, Android and the web. No AMC is required — the software is yours to use for its lifetime. A 3-day free demo is available before purchase.
- Support on Medical Management: help by phone, WhatsApp or remote access is free at all times, whether or not you take an AMC. Visits by our technician to your premises are free for 2 years from installation. After that, a visit is charged according to the distance travelled and the work involved; we tell you the amount before we come. You may instead take an optional AMC of Rs 1,200 per year, which covers technician visits for that year at no further charge.
- SatpudaCore Medical Management Pro (coming soon): an optional upgrade with additional features, with an AMC of Rs 1,200 per year. Customers who do not need these features can continue on the standard version at no yearly cost.
- Satpuda Core Health (hospital management): a one-time licence fee. The same support terms apply as for Medical Management: help by phone, WhatsApp or remote access is free at all times, technician visits are free for 2 years from installation, and after that a visit is charged according to the distance travelled and the work involved, told to you before the visit. An optional AMC of Rs 1,200 per year covers technician visits for that year.
- Current licence prices are listed on our Products page and in your quote. All prices are in Indian Rupees. Applicable taxes are charged as shown on your invoice.
3. Updates, changes and migration
- Software updates are free for the lifetime of the product.
- Changes and data migrations are free for 2 years from the date of installation — for example, moving your software and data to a new computer.
- After 2 years, only a visit in person is charged — for example for reinstallation, data recovery or a migration. The amount depends on the distance travelled and the work involved, and is told to you before the visit. Updates, cloud backup and help by phone, WhatsApp or remote access remain free, and an AMC covers these visits.
4. Online mode
- Online mode stores your data on our servers so that you can use the software on multiple devices. How we handle that data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
- Online mode needs a working internet connection. We work to keep it available at all times, but it may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account.
5. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, including prices, stock, taxes, and customer or patient records.
- SatpudaCore software is a tool to help run your business. You remain responsible for your own legal and tax compliance — including GST filings, drug licence requirements and medical record-keeping rules.
- Free cloud backup is included for the lifetime of the product. Your data is backed up to our company Google Drive whenever your computer is connected to the internet for a few minutes, so it can be restored if your computer fails or is replaced. Connect to the internet from time to time to keep your backup current.
6. Custom development projects
- Every custom project (websites, apps, desktop software, AI agents and custom platforms) is carried out according to a written quote that sets out the scope, price, payment schedule and timeline.
- Work that is outside the agreed scope is treated as a change request and may be quoted separately.
- You are responsible for providing content, information and approvals on time. Delays in these may move the delivery timeline.
- Third-party costs — such as domain names, hosting, Google Play or Apple developer accounts, and paid APIs — are paid by you unless your quote says otherwise.
- Ownership of the custom work we create for you passes to you once the full project amount is paid, unless your quote says otherwise. We may mention the project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
7. Limitation of liability
We build and test our software carefully, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Satpuda Core is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, business or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or service is limited to the amount you paid us for that product or service.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access to our software or services if these Terms are broken — for example through unlicensed copying, resale, or non-payment of fees that are due.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Buldhana, Maharashtra.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with the “Last updated” date at the top.
